Check-In/Out: 

Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00.

Smoking: 

Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A violation will incur a 200,000 yen penalty.

Pets: 

Pets are welcome with proof of full vaccination and appropriate documentation. An additional fee applies.

Cooking: 

Feel free to use our fully equipped kitchen.

Heating: 

Please turn off all heaters when leaving the property.

Property Items: 

Do not remove any items from the property. Missing items will be treated as theft, and authorities will be notified.

Locks: 

Always lock the front door and close the garage when leaving the property.

Washing Machine: 

You’re welcome to use the washing machine. Please dry clothes using the provided drying rack.

Kitchen Cleanliness: 

Wash all dishes, cups, and glassware, and leave the kitchen in a reasonably clean condition.
